It does not matter as there is a slipping clutch mechanism that prevents an automatic watch from being over winding.
but wind o not the watch still running. i try this morning, winding an automatic watch and manual winding watch, feeling is totally different. don like the winding feeling
The feeling is different as the watch may be fully 'charged' when you wind it. Additionally, the spring resistance you feel in a manual wind watch is 'stronger' compared to an automatic watch. If the opposite is true, the small rotor will have a hard time trying to wind up the watch.
