Hi, Sorry to interrupt here

. Just want to share my experience. I'm quite new in watches, only 5 years ago I had start buying swiss watches. Now, I have a few collection.
One of my watch is Mido. Bought it around 2014. I got to SC last month to collect my other watch but at the same time I had ask them to check the timekeeping of my Mido watch. I said if it is ok, I want to bring back my watch, if not I want to service it since it is still under warranty. They have a timegrapher I think to check the timekeeping more accurately.
They said, my watch need full maintenance. It is just only almost 2 years. Now I wonder, why it already need a service. It is because I seldom wear that watch? The automatic watch that is fully wound everyday has a long service interval than seldom wear automatic watch? If any watchmaker here, I want to know which part is the "wear" part in watch movement. If it like a car, you have no option but to change the timing belt no matter how you taking care of your car.
I have a few automatic watch and I start to feel the pressure of the cost of maintenance that I have to face next year ahead.
