Got an offer for the 14060 with cert but without box at 13k..is it a good deal?

If the watch is authentic and condition is good, 13k with the cert is a steal.

Agree on the white dial 16570. Look around long and hard enough and you should be able to find one full set that meet 15k budget.

If the OP is looking to spend RM15K on a used sports Rolex I would also advise to keep some extra for future servicing...
