hi. I do have 2 Luminox but not the crono. They using Ronda. Yes, Their second hand not really aligned with the marker. I try pull the crown to second click to stop that watch and reset, it doesn;t works , so I live with it

But different to the Tag Heuer F1 Chrono and Certina DS Action chrono, I could tell their second hand more aligned to the marker. They use ETA G10.711. But from my experience, ETA quartz does not last long.
I also heard the salesman at one AD tell the customer that manufacturer couldn't make the quartz movement running second hand moving perfectly on the marker each time it tick. I think all they have to do is, put an extra effort while assembling the second hand, put it right on the marker. so it will be aligned with the marker.
what about the thermocompensated quartz from Breitling? Their superquartz movement. Are their second hand move perfectly?
