Im not picky on hotpot but i really like Taiwan Hotpot at Damansara Uptown. They have really good tomato and herbal broths. Give it a try!

It all depends on your age, risk appetite and expected returns. Personally, because im in my early thirties, im heavily invested in tech growth stocks and etfs. I do like certain high yield dividend blue chips or reits play as a defensive buffer to my aggressive tech holdings.

It depends. Are you looking for own stay or investment?
I would say mont kiara for own stay and dpc for investment as more and more PRCs are entering the dpc market.
This is based on my observation on the changing demographics here over the past 20 years.
