I mean steaming those green color meaty crab, like those from Malaysia mangrove, indonesia n Sri lanka...
Meaty crab must be fresh, because death one the fresh will melt n not eatable after few hours! So no one sell death meaty crab! The only different is wheter the crab is fat or skinny, big or small, with egg or not? Male or female?

So the other way is fried it light pepper n salt like seremban fu Yong Siew hai
the crab meat taste is retained

if flower crab fried with chili or curry or sweet n sour also ok.., because flower crab not much meat but it sweetness is gd for soup, gravy.... Then u can even eat the flowe crab flavoured curry, sweet n sour sauce gravy with bread/ fried bun / Mun tou...

Chris, u make me mouth watering now... i miss the Hot Soup in Serdang, Claypot Rice in Damansara, Begger Chicken at Klang, Seafood at Hulu Selangor, Claypot Lou Shu Fen at Petaling Street, Malay Rojak at Semenyih and many more...

I am regular to Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant at Telokong, Klang when I work at KL few years back. The crabs and seafoods there is quite ok (their Marmite crab is a must try dish) but you will never go wrong with their home brew coconut wine (???) mixed with guiness stout…
Another economy catch for the flower crab is the sour sweet flower crab with mantou in the Asia café, Subang Jaya but i doubt are they still operating...

For Fu Yong Siew Hai, i still dont have the opportunity to try but according to my wifey (as she tried before) was nothing special, might be she didnt hit the correct restaurant...this thread going to become crab, crap, clap threads.... :Laughing_on_floor:

Tonight ll post up some pic with another forum GTG on last Saturday... saw some vintage watches, two tone and solid gold watches...and learn alot from those vintage die hard...

pic borrowed - Mods pls delete is inappropiate

Next time u all go Klang no need to go teluk gong la. That few restaurant is for tourist one! Carey island, west port, Hainan village... also same, not for local!
But further in to teluk gong got one seafood restaurant where local or those who work nearby like to go!
The Buddha jump over wall alike soup, lala beehun... Are some signature dish!

Local ppl actually eat seafood in town n new village. Because all these old restaurants get all the fresh fish..
Yat Moon famous with xxl grouper head
Xiao tiao famous with steam Bak Chong n oyster egg
Jin ye famous with fry fish head...
Etc
all above are in towns

and in pandamaran got few new village house serve some gd seafood also
I like one recently visited by najib, he serve gd seafood curry Mee!

Correct, seremban must call mr then I'll bring u to the restaurant that is good!

Hi Peter,

Just got the answer from owners. it's a Submariner date...model 1680. The owner fitted it with a tropic 19 (non cyclops) plexi crystal for that Mini Dweller look. Please don’t think this is after market modification according to the owner Rolex did offer the above combination back in the 70s.

"The watch 2nd from the right, is a Rolex Sea Dweller 1665 (great white). The watch 3rd from the right, is a Rolex Submariner 5513 (meters first). Yes, both bezel inserts have faded to a silver grey."

KL is ok for me however DC suggestion was good also..u all may drop by the new Casino who knows u ll bring back home with a brand new VC Oversea like James... :Laughing_on_floor:  Look forward for the International GTG...
