Collectible or not is very subjective. If you like the design, then get it by all means as it is limited edition.

There is a model 3573 which have sapphire front and back, hence the nickname of saphhire sandwich.
You can view the beautiful 1863 movement through the clear sapphire back.

Personally, i will go for 3570. Still in production.

But this one with solid case back, plastic glass with a omega logo at the center (of the glass)....

love this one ;) but still haven't own one yet  ::)

You can tell the difference between hexalite and sapphire after they r worn for a while. no matter how careful you will scratch the crystal. so with hexalite u will c some fine lines. the best part is u can polish those lines (even deeper ones) with toothpaste :)
