Whats your fav release frm BASEL 2010?
« on: March 22, 2010, 07:31:54 AM »
I dont see too much coverage of other brands from Basel but maybe i just dont surf enough forums? :P

But for me as much as i like the new green Sub i think the price will be far out of my reach.

Lets do this, pick one watch out from Basel that you think you can realistically can afford to buy.

I love Pateks as much as the next guy but i think i wont be able to afford one in my life time. :-\
Well maybe a Calatrava is still within reach but def not the chrono.

I think i'm the only person who didnt go gaga for the new Tudor chrono....maybe i have to see the real thing in person to decide.

So here goes, my fav of the show so far is the B&R round case heritage line. The simple 3 hand version.
Love the vintage look and color combo. Although i like the square case version in pics but when i tried the real thing on it just is not as appealing or as comfortable as i thought.

So what are your picks?

for me, it'll be Tudor Heritage....i find the dial well laid and i feel that they've gotten everything right. Although some may complain about the DD module used for the chrono, i'm not bothered with it.
