another watch company riding on the sentiment of the much Infamous decima mas

as much as they are touted for their courage...much is also said about their cruelty and also spotted history as a proxy for the Nazis to flush out the Italian resistance

having said that i still prefer Ennebi's tribute watch.

btw Visiotime in SG have a Decima Mas in stock

ok guys here's what Wiki says about the infamous XMas

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decima_Flottiglia_MAS

Well what Terence said about the association of XMAS with the Nazis is actually only half the story, the entire Flottiglia Mezzi d'Assalto unit at later part of WWII is actually split into 2 major group. Some actually join allied forces against Nazi Germany but some who remain loyal to Nazis and retreat to Northern Italy where they help the Nazis suppress the local Partisan. And because of this dark and un popular history we will never see Panerai Officine wanted to officially associated with the 10th Flottilla Assault Forces.

So behind all this fancy thingy about Panerai is being the official "military" equipment to the Italian Navy particularly the XMas which is the world's first underwater special forces. However a lot of people fail to understand the mission that carry out by XMas team at early days of WWII is actually to destroy the Royal Navy ships of the British and most of this is actually merchant ship....see....spec ops...kakakakaka.....and and besides sneak in and sink merchant ship in Cairo the XMas actually did nothing fantastic of cos besides killing Italian in Northern Italy for the Nazis.

Scott,

Actually not very true because the actual traceable vintage PAM is really very limited and here's one who have proves of its first owner all the way to its current owner.

that is why i always say the Italian military during WWII is a joke.

as beautiful a Pam is, it's still a joke of a military equipment used by the rest of the forces during that time.

The Italians keel over so fast that it became a study case of what not to do in the military text books.  :Laughing_on_floor:

Heard quite a number of military watches in Vietnam too, those left over (or dead) by US soldiers.
Anyone get hold of any of this?
