Blue or Black BP FF?

What do you guys think of this brushed steel, sunburst blue dial and bezel BP FF vs the classic polished steel black one?

A real hard choice. :HammerHead:

I would go for the 2012 blue, with the only reason is that blue sport watches are harder to find in the market.

I would go for the blue, if not black on black on black is kinda boring.

Indeed it is a hard choice. I find the blue attractive. But behind my head I have a nagging feeling that I will grow bored with the blue dial. Though black dial is typical but it seems to fits very well especially for dive watches.

Blue. Very nice. Elegance in the dial housed in a supposed tough historic FF divers watch. Quite cool I think.

JPSP,
the blue is nice but it needs to be seen in the metal though.
I've seen the black FF in the metal at an AD and although black is common for dive watches, its classic & evergreen….
I had an orange Planet Ocean Co-Axial Chrono. I got tired of the orange bezel and numerals after 4-5 years and have sold it even though it is a very good performing watch (v. accurate and no issues whatsoever)
Personal taste and preferences evolve over years, hopefully not 1 full circle otherwise it means we haven't learnt a single thing.

Blue has a unique look, whereas black is very common amongst numerous other diving watches.
