Watch Straps Tubes
« on: December 03, 2012, 05:32:04 PM »
Everytime I call Richemont  I never get an answer.

Not sure where to post this so forgive me if it's in the wrong place.

I'm looking at obtaining some tubes for two Panerai straps. It's really weird, my rubber strap has no tubes and the leather strap has one slightly bent and both not the same size.
Anyone know how much roughly it would be? Also can a strap be authenticated? Sorry, but abit confused here.

If you bought you watch new, you would have 2 sets of strap tubes. One fitted to the watch/strap and the other in the extra strap, in this case the rubber strap. If the tubes that came with your watch is not the same size or bent, and you got the watch new, perhaps you can bring it back to the boutique or ad you bought from and have them check it out.

Oh, did not answer your question, the tubes if you want to buy is about usd25 a set and the part number is pav00069?

As for authenticating the straps, not sure if the service Center or the ad or the boutique can help. But you could try posting it here or the well know Panerai forum and see if they can help.

I bought a preowned logo from Singapore...one pair tubes in the leather strap, and another pair in the rubber strap.
