Missed opportunity on Edox?

First of all, what is the price bracket for Edox WRC auto range?

As my cousin is coming back for holiday from the US in December, yesterday I went browsing the Amazon looking for something to ask him to bring home. Found the Edox WRC auto watches going for more than [Mention of discount not allowed - Mod] (less than USD500 apiece). Promptly sent an email to him then received his reply last night saying "rasanya harga dah naik". Huh?

Login to Amazon again this morning and.. surprise.. surprise... all of them are now over USD1000  [Mention of discount not allowed - Mod] 

Should I rue this missed opportunity?
Is it a big loss?

As a consolation, am now looking at:

1) Revue Thommen
2) Catorex
3) Zeno Watch Basel

all are less than USD500. Any other recommendation?

Coming back to Edox, I had 2 pieces (Les Vauberts and Class 1-GMT Titanium) from the brand. Solid pieces with good pricing. From your listed 3, I would say that Zeno-Watch Basel was the more interesting one. IIRC, they have an interesting Bullhead piece but am unsure on the pricing.
