I suggest TAG Heuer Formula 1 . Reliable quartz movement. 200 meters water resistant.

Outdoor Swiss wear with a budget of RM10k. I will pick Bell & Ross or Ball.

This is under 10K and is as tough as hell. I have been wearing this for almost all of my outdoors stuff of late. Swimming at the pool and the beach. Tennis, mucking around with the kids at the park, gym. So much so that I have been neglecting my other watches...the movement is top notch and has been accurate to +2 seconds a day so far. Not a common watch and, as most who would buy an "expensive" Seiko wouldn't care what others think. I buy a watch for my own pleasure too...not to impress others.

A preowned Bell & Ross BR01 or BR03 steel with canvas strap! Sturdy, beautiful, and very legible!
