I strongly recomment you this :

It had been with me for the past 3 years for all sort of-toughest activities.... Rafting , swimming , diving, gang fighting.... (joking)...

Nothing great with the movement .... But what u can get is one of the hardest watch case made from metal on earth ! Its tegimentation process with the black hard coating is more than 2000 vickers... Which is roughly 12 times harder than the normal stainless steel 316l case. After 3 years i hardly found any hair line scratches on it... Completly look like NEW !!! No offence here.... Rolex or pam stainless steel casing if compare with this watch is just like : tau fu.... Ha!

Anyway... Seems like not many sinn kaki at this forum....

Yes, armed with a solid one piece case, screwed down crystal retaining ring and L-ring crystal gasket (I think) plus a tough additional rubber strap, not to mention the excellent 8L35 movement. Good value for money although yes, it can be expensive for a Seiko.

Ahem....ahem....I think it's pronounced ZINN.

I have one (the Sinn 656), not a bad choice, has a well tested ETA movement, comfortable to wear, very legible, fairly good timekeeping and comes at a price that is affordable. The small date window is not suited for a vintage WIS like me unfortunately.

The most I will ever risk outdoors is a Seiko 5 or a Black Monster/Orange Monster.

There's this funny/horror story that I know of, of a fellow that lost a RM30K Rolex Submariner off a popular diving island spot in Thailand. The next day, half of the population of that island was diving in that area trying to find the Rolex for themselves. I do not want to be the person that lost a Rolex.

Dear friends, i am looking for a sport watch or action watch / outdoor watch preferred by army or police personnels, explorers & outdoor people. Please recommend. My budget is around RM 10k.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D  :Dancing_banana: :Dancing_banana: :Dancing_banana: :Dancing_banana: :Praying: :Praying: :Praying:

If u want watches with functions that can be used when doing sport activities Suunto, T-touch, protrek would be nice
about the problems with T touch, it only affects the old generation. Tissot have improve the movement and they call it T-Touch II, the titanium model is very light i've tried it on before.

If u want a bit more high end - Ball, Omega, Damasko, Sinn etc. would be nice
