 :laugh: DSSD for me.

Daytona 40mm is kinda small. Also it can be a scratch magnet. (if u dont like scratches. Some may say scratches add character. But i personally dont like it. :)

DSSD is a real tool watch. My personal experience is that the first time i tried it, i was like "nah, its too big too heavy", and its really wobble around your wrist if u dont adjust the bracelet. but becoz i really love the watch. I have decided to buy it (tat was a second round) and try it with bracelet properly adjusted to my wrist size. Surprisingly, its not too big and not too hard to handle as i first thought. Now i love DSSD very much.  :thumbsup:

-less shiny than daytona  :thumbsup:

-Look cool bro  :thumbsup:

-I cant wear it  :thumbsdown: but you can  :thumbsup:

Only thing that impress me in Daytona

-Most simplified chronograph movement in my opinion compared to other in house chrono movement

-Small, no problem wearing it  ;D

-Had mix feeling (on/off feel) toward it.  ::)

Agreed. Not only do you need a wrist of some prominent size, it should also be HAIRY. Otherwise, it looks like some pre-pubescent trying out his dad's or big brother's watch.

Yesterday i have tried on Daytona and Deepsea....
Suprisingly my 6.75 inches wrist can pull off Deepsea pretty well.....
But somehow Daytona is calling my name.....
And my heart is calling me to take Deepsea.....
Aaarrrrrggghhhhh!!!!  Headache!!!!!!!

Hi Jacky , you have got to make your own decision . Ours are just opinions n suggestions only.Either one n you won't go wrong. The comfort of wearing DSSD (210 gm.) will not be as good as the sub. I have both these watches n a SD as well.One man meat is another mans poison, go 4 the 1 your heart n head desire most... just my opinion..fr .tony.. :Confused:

Neither. Want the weight and the worth of the weight, Lange 1. Wanna wear with suit for class and other times, sporty with shorts and Ts, Nautilius is good for both occasions.

i fail to understand the raves on the SD or DSSD. furthermore, the Daytona has a chrono which some may use but the SD or DSSD has only got the helium escape valve and going underwater for 1000++ metres which sadly, none of us will likely ever use unless it's a one-way trip.

I would agree with this statement only if the wearer is diving to the bottom of some oceans like that Cousteau fellow or if the watch will turn his wife /gf on every time he puts it on. Let me say it again, the dilemma I am sure is between 2 great timepieces from Rolex. Which one is more useful or a better "tool watch" (whatever that means) is probably secondary to how it looks and how it feels on the wearer's wrist and whether it will be a magnet for the girl he is eyeing, or whether he needs the date function when he fills up a form or if he likes to play with the chrono function while waiting at the traffic lights.
