Rolex Sub 14060 / 16610 40mm
Rolex Explorer II 16570 39mm
Rolex Explorer 14270 36mm
Rolex GMTII 16710 40mm

At your budget I would look at the above and nothing else.
But that's just me...

the sifu has spoken.

unless you must have a sports watch, also look at the Datejusts at 36mm and Turn-O-Graph as well.

I am sure there are 40mm ones available...
So you like Corum? Then go to the boutique or AD cash ready...
Try every available one... once you have found THE one... pay for it and enjoy...  ;D

To expand on the list of sports watches

-IWC Aquatimer
-Ingenieur 3228
-Chopard Pro One (42mm)
-8500 Planet Ocean (42mm)

All those are very well made, tough watches that is very much a good deal in the preowned market.

Yes... the Aquatimer is possible within your budget.
Wait... do you want brand new ones only or you're ok with pre-owned?

I still think that the only watches at 40mm worth getting are the Rolex-es bro hanz mentioned.

Most of the Rolex even used may not be able to get at 15k.

I would recommend the below.

I believe there are some pre owned subs that would fit your budget in the MWF merchant thread.

The chopard bout 1yr ago still can get for rm15k brand new.

At this price NO ONE can touch the LUC movementin terms of quality and finishing combined.

As a WIS, other people will just think of us as nerd who love watches

But in fact, being a WIS is not easy, one must have discipline and determination and courage to...save money to buy watch  :Dancing_banana:
