This is an "M" Serial with Rehaut (Rolex Rolex + Serial Number on the Inner Bezel)
Another bonus is that this model is also equipped with the 3186 movement.
Which is the same movement used in the GMTIIc 116710LN.
It features Rolex's latest self developed hairspring which is known as the Parachrom Blue Spring.
Some people on the market tend to look for these as they are equipped with the latest movement.
Watch is in really good condition.
It has been worn of course but the sapphire crystal is mint. No chips.
Case has some hairline swirlies as does the clasp and bracelet.
Comes with 12 links.
The watch is keeping time within COSC Specs.

Only missing is the instruction manual.
