Shall I Will you? Ivory Dial 5711

I must confessed that I am never a fan of classic 5711 all the while. I tried it several times. Despite its original dial designed by great gerald genta, it just looks a bit plain to me. All this while my heart is with 5712 ss.

I am happened to manage to try one latest 5711 white dial, more of Ivory dial today at my AD. Wow, I must say that ivory dial completely converted me. Probably due to its nice sharp contrast of the index the ivory dial just give one a 'very 3d feel'. I am kind of torn between this 5711 ivory dial and 5712 ss. I must say that I used to be skeptical towards this trendy ivory dial. But trying it completely converted me. This is definitely something very personal. But what say you? Feel free to share.

Yes to 5711 but no to ivory/white dial, too dressy..

Ivory dial or blue, this is my grail and end-all piece. Although having seen a white one in the flesh, i still prefer the blue one.

Not surprised at all. Most watch conoissieur will prefer blue or classic which actually make me a bit hesitate to pull trigger on this ivory.

But i am definitely converted by this ivory after i tried it. This is so much nicer than 5711 blue i will say. My picture didnt do justice to this ivory. I almost sleepless last night. Of course I believe life is about choice. I believe in safer choice rather than implusive decision. So more likely than not that i willl wait for 5712 instead. My concern with this ivory is that i may still go to grab 5712 after this.
