it's a ref.5500 n based on the serial.. it should be year between 1972-73, few years earlier before i was born

spent quite a sum to restore its original face, especially on the new original bracelet 78350, really hard to come by. bought twice over the -bay... but turn out to be faked... but atleast -bay buyer's protection works.. i got full refund.
