Your post reminded me when I stumble upon someone else pix of the superocean which caught my eyes , not sure if it is the photography skill or the beauty of the watch itself , but I like

The discontinued Breitling SuperOcean Steelfish is truly a thing of beauty IMHO. You don't get to see many of them in Malaysia.

Rolex 1601. Date of manufacture 1960 - 52 years of continuous service (only the owners change!). If you diligently service a mechanical watch, it could last indefinitely.

Omega DeVille Annual Calendar Hour Vision and Seamaster Aqua Tera Annual Calendar have that said feature though it is mentioned "annual calendar".

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jqZtjzdnlM

How do you set the date/day and month for this watch? Btw, does it jump from Feb 28/29 to Mac 1?

Hi, shark,
I am pretty sure the watch does not automatically jump from 28/2 to 1/3. This is an annual calendar watch, not a perpetual calendar.

Maybe rusmin (or some owners??) can confirm......I seem to recall the watch also has no quick-set date function. I can't remember about the date/month setting though. That was 1 factor which dissuaded me from getting the watch although it was a pretty awesome watch for the asking price. Since I do not foresee I'll wear the watch everyday, setting the date/day/month each time before I wear the watch may take some effort.... (I am lazy.. ;D)

I thought you specifically asked about 28/2 to 1/3 date change?? No?

Yr youtube posting shows the date change from 30/9 to 1/10.  I believe all annual calendar watches do that (Omega + Zenith included); that is, no adjustments needed for 30/4 to 1/5, 30/6 to 1/7, 30/9 to 1/10 and 30/11 to 1/12. But you still need to manually correct the date on 28/2 (or 29/2) to 1/3.....unless you have a perpetual calendar. Not correct??

Beautiful watch ! the 15202 is arguably one of the most iconic and beautiful royal oak ever made,  to many collectors including myself.

Yes totally agree! That's why it had to be this one or the 5402 from the 70s!

nice jumbo. but i personally prefer 15300 or 15400 due to the movement. however, i perfectly understand why one opt for this one instead.

The interesting thing about today's share is the strap.
The watch is an ordinary PAM 320 that we have seen before.

The strap is a TC Milano Honey Tan Python Skin.

The Python skin scales changes color (darkens) as you handle the strap and they absorb moisture. It looked completely different when I picked it at the Miali9 shop in Hong Kong. In fact, it looked different when I put on the strap this morning. Extremely fascinating and unexpected aspect (for me) of the watch strap.

Nice choice of single malts…r ur watches matched to the DNA of the whiskies' characteristics meaning the AP/Laphroaig is the most sophisticated?
No Macallan, Oban, Yamazaki, Highland Park, Aberfeldy, Jura or you'll be showing another 6 more very different DNA watches on these other bottles..:)
Love the AP most of all tho I prefer Yamazaki...

btw how is the Ardbeg, haven't tried this before.
