All the talk about OM in the other thread is making me feeling a bit nostalgic.

Revisiting my old OM on brown Nato today

From this angle, the OM looks good with the brown nato strap.

Yes I agreed. Radiomir can double up as dress watch. Look elegant  and tough at the same time. Marina is more playful ( which is why am buying) and relax. My Pam is sitting in my closet awaiting weekend  :)

Nice one Terrence. Gee....looking at all the post makes me want to get a diving watch. Use to own one...citizen diving watch long long time ago ( cheap one but trusty) when was active in scubadiving.  ;)

Thanks everyone.

The seiko divers are what that got me interested in this costly never ending, wallet thinning, hobby.

they are really very well built, affordable and solid piece of engineering. The lume of my seikos does put my Sinn to shame. I think most of us here definitely owned a piece of the Monsters and SKX one time or the other before.

If i have any kids, i would definitely get them a seiko diver as their first auto beater.

SShark: yeah i think the brown is the best combo yet. too bad it's some really cheap ..flaccid Nato. got it in a pack of 5 colours online from HK. If the head is any heavier, the strap would really sag.

yet to find another nato in that shade as a replacement.

Terence,

You can try Rhino nato strap. It is thicker and feels more secure. I dunno if they have brown color. The closest is olive or khakis.

bro... with the price u paid for.... its really worth...
the case is ok... the sapphire crystal is non ar coated...cg is too tight
see through case back is worst... the edge is too sharp... must handle with care!
the strap is value for money... but the stitching hole is not well align... (confirm hand made  :Laughing_on_floor:)
stitched thread n end tight knot is scratching my hands....  (now solved)
lume is ok... not superb but better than most watches...
the cannon pinion bit low, not a big issue...
hands not really well finished.....
my conclusion is.... for the price..... really worth buying...

phoned my watchmaker....
he said if really screw thread worn... then its beyond repair..... just change screw
if it is case thread worn and need to find some one to drill n change bigger screw.... tooo costly to fix this way...
will hand him the watch for checking today!

Agree with you on all the points.
For the price paid i have no complaints....will be a fun watch to mess around and if something goes wrong not costly also.

As for the screws i leave it to you...whichever way is fine as long as its fixed haha.
