I think the same as any watch of that age.

-Is it redial?
-Overly polished?
-Ori parts?

For the 6694, for people who wear everyday, need to change the seals at the crown (or is it the crown?) quite often like every 2-3yrs because unscrew it everyday to wind.

Yes, beware. I have seen complete case / dial / lens and hands from china, fabricated for 6694. You only need to get one (6694 movement) to complete the whole watch......

If the price is too attractive for a good looking 6694...walk away

Dun fancy chrono, 99.999% have no use for it besides looking pretty.
So not worth it for me to spend that extra money, service cost is higher also.

Talking about chrono.

Once, I had a Tudor chrono and a speedmaster chrono (reduced). Beside looking serious and attractive I never had the opportunity to use it..and as Peter had said; service and repair is expensive.
That's the reasons both been disposed off.

for me i use the chro quite often. Not so fancy about 7750 chrono tho. Prefer 5100 ones.

I never ever learned to read the chrono. I just let it run together with the watch. Very nice to see the 2 second hands run in unison.

Sometimes, I oso dunno why I like chronographs...
Mostly nothing to do, just use it to time my toilet breaks...  :Laughing_on_floor:
But recently, I'm more to 3 handed ones or power reserve...
Terrenceterrence "seriously, i think buying a watch for it's secondhand value is like getting married and thinking about divorce at the back of your mind."
