Advice needed for Tube screw for Anonimo Sailor Diver

Dear forumers,

I have an Anonimo Sailor Diver and its on the torx screw type. Last week i was changing to a new strap and accidentally broke the screw on the pin. 

Do you know where i can get it locally? i'm OK to change to the normal screw driver pin type if it fits.

Seeking your kind advice.

and you think they would be better in their service considering that the brand is not actually a big player.

somehow i find the promos and advertising by Citimex is not as aggressive as they used to be compared to a few years back.

maybe you can e-mail Anonimo directly and CC copies to Citimex KL and SG about their non-reply. that would certainly buck them up a bit.

I had problems with my Sinn sometime back. Sent e-mails to THG and Sinn directly and received no replies as well. Posted photos and my dissatisfaction about the watch and their service in all forums; WUS, TZ, SG-ROC and etc.. and e-mailed the links to Sinn and THG.

I got a reply immedietly after that and they rectified my problems with no questions asked.

Anonimo reps post in WUS frequently. You could try there too. they have a dedicated thread for the brand over there.
