Congrats, one of best G-Shock around. Of course this is after Casio solved the module problem in the early batches.

Bro, please don't say thatlah. Still lots to learn.

Anyway your G-5600E has the new module which is similar to the one fitted to the GW-5600 series (minus the wave ceptor). The model that had the problem was the G-5600-1 which had the battery charge indicator that looks like a leaf on the top left hand side. Just keep the warranty card just in case. I have had the rechargeable battery changed on one of my G-5600 and an another had a module change. All FOC as it was still under warranty. The battery in your watch is not the standard CR series battery but is most likely the CTL1616 battery.

Should be a long time. Based on standard rechargeable battery with 1,000 charge cycle, if daily charge, 3 years?

True, but as with most batteries, I prefer the charge cycle to 'end' before the 'life' cycle of the batteries end. For example, the Casio watches with 10 year batteries. I suspect the battery will leak before the 10 year life is up (Casio has had complaints on this).
