Did you try to go to Kedai Jam Tai Sang at Kompleks Selangor. I had buy some spare parts there. Since you're in KL, you could also checkout at  the Seiko and Orient SC to get the original parts.

I messaged the owner of Tai Sang on WhatsApp, but he said they didn't have the spare part. I ended up ordering a few different sizes from Taobao, and that solved the problem! I didn't want to go to the official service center because I figured it would cost a fortune. Since it wasn't a movement issue, I didn't really need their help anyway.

Any watch retailer that carries this brand should be able to help you order it.

Ultimately, I ordered through Taobao. They have a massive selection, saving me the headache of dealing with local retailers.

Honestly, this is the smartest choice, as it saves you the hassle of dealing with communications and waiting around. The only concern is that some people might not accept it, given that they insist on original quality. But if it doesn't make a difference, why not?
Anyway, glad to you solved the problem .
