The young man is really talented and resourceful...
Salute to Mr.Dufour as well...
Normally big time CEO dun read their own e-mail... they have their sexytaries  :)  sweep thru them 1st...
This is really a rare story...

Wonderful story with a happy ending. It's great to hear that the new Zenith CEO is really setting higher standards for customer service.
And the pics of the restoration process are simply inspiring. This young man is on his way to being a competent watchmaker.

Zenith is really good.. I request some  publication from them and they promptly send it to me together with a "Best Regards ( signed name)" card. I dont know who was that as the hand writing is really crappy.

Really hard to get good CS from the manufacture itself (not by dealer or distributor)

that is very typical european handwriting. go and see the warranty cards of watches bought overseas and you'll see the same kind of handwriting.

anyway great story and we need more manufacturers who shows this kind of appreciation to their customers.
