Had a Chinese homage before, I would say what you pay is what you get.

All Chinese made same same. But good thing is that they don't hurt your pocket that much  :Laughing_on_floor:
Here is my Getat experience,

Better quality you have to go for Swiss (i.e. Dievas) or Japan made (i.e RXW).

I wouldn't go for it, as I think it can't fulfil your real need and eventually you have to go for the one you want. IMHO

Homages are just what they are...homages. If your heart is to get the original, save up then get the original. If not, they are plenty of homages on sale in the sales thread also( pushing own product ;D)
Your ONLY job in this world is to make sure that you are happy

For each their own.
Not all of us afford to own Rolex, PAM, IWC etc.
Some will go for homages because of affortability, try out the design etc.
Some homages (i.e. Getat) allows some customization, so you can proudly say that this is your own customized watch.  ;D

aslong as not fake watch I think homages are a good way to check if you like the size n dial b4 going in with the big investment for an original. And its always fun to have a beater that if you break it doesnt really matter :)

Agreed.
I did the same, not sure i was totally sold on the PAM styling thats why i got both the luminor and radiomir homage.
Turns out i love the radiomir case more and suits my style better.
Even homage have expensive with swiss movt or cheap with chinese made, depends on your budget.
I went for the chinese one to play around. Ended up selling both.

Possible but with modification.
But with the money and time spend, might as well you get a better quality homage, i.e Dievas, RXW
