Automatic Watch Servicing - Certina & Ball

Hello

My 2 Automatic watches is due for servicing. Its about 4 and 6 years old.
The warranty has already lapsed.

Have check with the local Service Centres and it cost quite a bit to do full service.
Any good recommendations for place to service this watches or is it better to go back to the Service centres.
