Which is the nicest G shock
« on: June 27, 2017, 02:20:04 PM »
In my opinion the pic below is the one I like best. I personally ordered this:

I feel the design of this piece tops all g shock for its price range.

Very difficult piece to beat in its price bracket.

BB king considered a value buy at its price range. Otherwise, frogman vintage series would be ideal too.

Got both the GX-56BB and the more common G5600. Between, the former definitely has wrist presence. From a practical point of view, the latter is more flexible.

One thing for sure - both are excellent value-for-money timepieces.

Bought it from a shop. To negotiate, just need to show the price quoted on the internet and the shop will match (so competitive when it comes to pricing. Brick and mortar merchants now have no issue matching internet merchant prices)

I was a bit worried about that... does it help if you activate the backlight? hahaha I love the looks of the GB variant though.  :-\ I suppose the normal type is the more practical choice.

Can't find the 5600 in KL/PJ. I want to check out the size before buying. Buying online cannot see the size.

I personally still prefer this older Mudman, as its not too big on wrist and most importantly i got no problem wearing long sleeves or full suit with this.
