This question is best answered by yourself. You'll be paying for it so you should now what's the best for your hard earned cash. If you don't know than maybe it's not for you.

I know you are right but as i mentioned i like both and for me both have different attraction so not able to decide which one to buy now.
So asking from other people view which one should i go first and why? Just gathering thoughts.

If that's the case go for the omega first. Between omega and Tudor, Omega generally increase their prices faster.

In my opinion, tudor is making some great strides to improve their brand. They're coming out with in house movement, collaborating with Breitling and now taking a bigger step in marketing.

I believe Tudor as a brand will gain recognition and separate itself from Rolex as the poor man's Rolex.

Rolex can't make much changes and innovations so they're putting all their experiments into Tudor. I truly think the Tudor Two Tone is a much more beautiful piece than the Seamaster and brand wise, it might not be on par as omega yet, but I believe soon.

If you are open to the Bronze variant of the Black Bay, I'd say go for it. Having seen and handled the two-tone Black Bay, I was not blown away by it. Personally in my opinion, it gave me more of a Tag Heuer-ish impression.

Is the Black Bay S&G solid brass or just a coating?

The bronze is 43mm whereas the standard Black Bay is 41mm. Have you tried them both? Any pictures to share?

I tried following
1. Black Bay Bronze on Leather & Nato
2. Black Bay S&G on bracelet
3. Black Bay S&G on leather strap
4. Black Bay Steel on leather strap
5. Black Bay Dark on Nato

After trying all the above i bought Bronze and have no regrets on my decision. That watch is far different for rest and a beauty especially after Patina.
Enjoyed the whole process of Patina.

I tried the Black Bay Steel as I love the Explorer 2 but I was disappointed. Too much steel kill the steel.

Congratulations for your Tudor!

I would say Tudor still maintain its classic heritage as opposed to Omega. Omega is more modern and personally I think its identity is still not as strong as other brands like Tudor or Rolex.

I bought mine from Watatime Pavilion. The manager Bill there is an very nice person. Frankly i have been to almost every single watch AD in KL and what I have observed it that Watatime prices are quite reasonable and if you knew the person you can get better discount too unlike few others.
