keeping your timepiece... how far is not near electronics?

So as understood that automatic watches should not be placed nearby electronics that release magnetic source...

I am not sure if this is silly but yeah... how far is not near? like 1 meter minimum?

This watch isn't afraid of magnets...
That's said, just practice common sense. No watches on hifi speakers, or nearby, e.g. TV cabinet. I suppose if you need a distance to work with. Then, about one feet should be okay as most consumer grade magnets do not have a very powerful magnetic field. Just wear your watch as it was meant to be worn. Don't baby it as you end up being "owned" by the watch. If it does get magnetised, you can always send it in. But in the real world, after having over 20 years of wearing automatic watches, I have yet to get one magnetised. So enjoy...

Unless u are working in a power plant, otherwise a meter or above of distance will do.
