I also find the latest Seiko 5 watches have improved the metal parts finishing so much so that the Stainless Steel is shinning blazingly.

At a glance I thought it was the Pogue reissues. Very nice.

The open heart ones look nice, especially the Pepsi colour.
How big are they compared to the turtle?

Agreed, especially the Pepsi bezel.

Hopefully Seiko will reissue Pogue, just like they reissue the Turtle.

Nowadays list price of the Seiko 5 is more than a RM1K. No longer affordable for the young generation. I remember i bought my first Seiko 5 for RM150 at Mydin.

Seiko 5 may not be popular in the future owing to its price . Those who can afford will look for other alternative.  It may not reach out to the young market and the young will turn to digital or some mobile phone sync watch

Seiko 5 Sports seems cost more than Seiko 5 simple model.
