Any kind soul who can recommend me patek/cortina/hour glass contact which can give good price and able to skip the long waiting list to get me the stock? Need to get it before 10 Jan 2017 for my mum birthday. Sincerely will appreciate it. Pm me also can. Thank you.

It depends which model u are looking for, there are certain models are rarely display in the shop which mostly are reserves for regular customers

In general, steel Pateks (Nautilus, Aquanaut) will have a premium on top of a waiting list. If you are getting it for your mom, I would suggest the new Patek 7118. It looks rather nice. Not sure if there's a waiting list on this one.
