Typical secrecy, your guess is as good as mine. Well it's only 2 days away.

@Jedirat, Tudor has been dropping daily hints on their instagram page.

The Tudor fans army has been all over this for the past week. It is a fun, if not a bit biased, read. (Biased because a lot of the guesses are what the person actually wants Tudor to announce)

Apparently the latest clue on the Tudor instagram account - "For Those Who Like Macchiato" - kinda threw everyone off balance. I guess we will know tomorrow (or later tonight our time).

Pelagos in red on the dial
Vintage patina on the lume
Inhouse Movement (4 Line Dial)
Destro (Left side crown)

Pelagos text in red, or red dial Pelagos? Going to be interesting to see how bright that matte red (if it ends up being a red dial) will be. But meh 4-liner.

beautiful. would be a good purchase if only 1) it wasn't left handed and 2) it wasn't so big at 42mm.
good effort though Tudor.

For the BB line > the pelagos line.

Also for me black bay bronze > LH pelagos unless I can get a LH Pelagos with number 888

It's got roulette date ring. Red color for even days and black for uneven days I believe. Major move forward for Tudor as a brand.

I'm not a fan of this. My excitement went down the drain, really.

I've been made to understand that the Black Bays are more of a collective interpretation of the older vintage Tudor Subs and the Pelagos is a modern dive watch with all the bells and whistles. But now they apply vintage cues to the Pelagos and it just doesn't work for me. The markers just looks a bit weird with the vintage lume (not very vintage looking I must say) on modern hands and square markers. And the roulette wheel...what's the point of that?

Very bold move, will have its fair share of lovers and haters. I just hope they're not taking the Panerai route (bronzo, destro, what's next?) but looks like it's going that way. I guess the departure of ex-Tudor chief designer David Cerrato who left for Montblanc really changed Tudor's whole design and product strategy.

Whale sharks on black date days and mantas on red  ;D

Hmm... As much as I love the Pelagos, I honestly can't see the point of this launch.  And to hype it up at all seems a big let down IMO.

Changing a few colours of the word Pelagos, the datewheel, and lume is considered a "launch"?  Thankfully the left hand side crown at least makes it functionally useful for those who care about that.

the left hand crown is the most cost effective for Tudor, because they flip the case 180 degree from right hand to left hand position, wala...new case.
