Purchased a Watch Strap Did not recive it

I purchased a Leather watch strap for my new Welder watch for 95 euro from a online store in Netherland

Purchased it on 21 September and on today 30 september the order status still say "Waiting for product"
Emailed them after 4 times they answer this

"Yes, we expect to send you the strap end of next week.
( This type of strap has to come from Welder Italy)
You'll receive an email as soon we ship out"

End of next week has now come today and still no change in status, no email from the store.

I paid with Paypal, what should i Do,  should i make a complain to paypal to get money back
i realy want the strap but is like they ignoring me.

The total value is exceeding RM 500(especially including freight charges). It is likely that being held up by Malaysia custom dept at Post office. It will need you to pay the GST first for the clearance from custom dept.

i also see u posted the same thing on watchuseek.

and 21 to 30 is not 11 days.
they're probably not ignoring u, just trying their very best to not get irritated at u with ur constant email bombardments.

the fact that the store didnt have immediate stock even tho the site implies it had is already misleading.
so its all up to u if u want to get a refund.

You are protect by PayPal, as long as you raise your complain within the protection period, you will get full refund. I always use PayPal for my online purchase..

I contacted Police in Netherland now about the store
and i will fill a Paypal complain soon if i dont get a update from that store

There's PayPal protection to fall back on if there was a unresolved dispute, so you were covered there. The technicality aside, I would opine that you have jumped the gun in this case. The store replied that they were waiting for the stock to ship from Italy. It had only been a short delay thus far. Was there a need to highlight such a small case in a few forums, which may damage the store's reputation? Worst case scenario, just cancel the order and get your monies back.

I was adviced to contact European consumer centres of European union since they assist in resolving complaint
about purchases made in another country.
I will wait to contact Paypal until i have enough information from the store.

OK Since we have contact in the Spanish Royal house
I have contacted the Royal House of The Netherland King Willem Alexander
and make a complain against the signstimepieces BV.

I will contact the Royal house of netherland everyday to make the complain
I can also contact Malaysian goverment  about the bashing in this forum

I Now think i have all the information i need futher discussion on this matter here is not required
