Orient Bambino (need help)
« on: August 28, 2016, 07:29:06 AM »
Hi bros and sis,

Lately i saw the Orient Bambino V3 in internet.

With sub RM500, the watch looks amazing nice. Simple, and yet elegant. I really would like to have one.

Now come the problem....which dial color to get?? Black? White? Grey? (forget about blue)

I am new to this kind of classic and dressy looking watches (I used to wear fliegal / military type).

I really need your sincere advice as big bro and big sis:

Q1: which dial color to get ? black? white? grey? and why?
Q2: any recommend place to buy? I prefer online cheaper and convenient.

Many many thanks in advance.

Yong.

White look classic, but really depend on what u like, u dont need public opinion on design... Specification and brand maybe, but design and color should really follow your own preference

Just my opinion.

1. White as I find they are more legible at night.
2. Black for a dress look. Less casual than white.
3. Grey if you want an unusual piece. Not a lot of those on wrists.

since this is a dress watch, i would pick the safe route and go for black.
but with white you can use for both dressy occasion and still ok for casual sunday
grey... i cant brain it, but hey colours is personal choice - some people can really carry some weird colour when it looked awful on others.
blue - to me, it must be sunburst. otherwise - skip blue.
so my suggestion is as in above orders.

You can't go wrong with any colours on the Bambino. The grey and blue ones would stand out further from the dress crowd, if you really had to choose one. Otherwise, the black and white ones were pretty safe routes.

It is sunburst.

But personally, i think blue and grey bit weird for daily dress watch to office.

Either black or white safe route as you guys mentioned.

Black : the dial look more stand out.
White: the entire watch look more clean.

Tough choice aiyoh. :Blue:
