Looks wonderful. I suppose the only concern with swapping in these after market hands is whether Panerai will still service the watch.
I wouldn't mind trying such a mod if I owned a 2nd hand 210 (with a lapsed warranty).

Or, maybe can change it after the warranty expired :)

I've tried on the 232 (47mm, same like 210 but with gold hand and brown dial) before but not as comfortable as 210..so, a 210 with gold hand will be a perfect wear for me :)

and i found 210 is much rare compare to 112..i remember the "J" series produce only 500 pieces..the "I" is 1000pcs..keep reducing in the yearly production..
