TAG Heuer Calibre 16

Hi. I have some issue with my TH Aquaracer (CAY2110), it is using TH Calibre 16/ETA 7750 , but as far I know 7750 has day and date. Correct me if I'm wrong.  Probably anyone here who own the same/similar model could share some tips. This watch still under warranty , I don't know either it is defect movement or something else causing the chronograph not functioning as normal.

1. The 30 minute chronograph hand not moving sync with chronograph seconds hand, it jump to the next minute faster 2 second before the chronograph second hand passing 59 seconds.

2. I had notice after running chronograph after while i.e 7 hours, the minute counter late around 2 minute. I compare with my handphone stop watch. I have other watch using 7750, the different only +- 5 seconds compare to the other digital watch when comparing stop watch /chronograph function.

3. The 12 hour chronograph hand also no so align. Not much but I could notice it when look it closely.

Is it the No.1 problem leads to those other problem? Is there might be any movement part is wrongly assemble? All the time keeping, crown wind, rotor sound, date change mechanism is working properly. I'm not a watchmaker so, any opinion/tips  are welcome. Just want to get some idea before I send it to SC.

You seems to have couple of major issues. Best you send it to the service center and ask the  professionals for clarifications. You may find answers here but how do you know are they are qualified answer? I mean if you have simple issues like hands or date plate not aligned at certain hours or time, you can clarify with the forum members here. we can probably offer you a 100% accurate answer based on the observation we perceive from the watch or similar watch we own.

Hi. Do you have the same model and the similar issue femann? I try again running the chronograph last night, on winder, without stop/start the chronograph, and compare the timing using digital watch. The result is same, accumulate time is 2 hours but my Aquaracer chronograph shows 1 hour and 58 minute. The chronograph 30 minute hand still 2 second ahead then chronograph seconds hand. 

I know the mechanical watch is not 100% accurate but the result difference is quite substantial. I'm sure SC could fix it, they will dismantle the movement, dial , hands but it will not be as good as new. Hope everything goes fine. This is my second problem with TH watch.
