its a sporty sub brand of federique constant.

very very attractive price, some higher range fitted with FC in house movement!

The first pilot watch case size is 44mm. They have very nice sport watch but I hardly found it in any AD in Malaysia.

I kind of like this design, especially the grey sun-burst dial.

weak ringgit, its cheaper than all other countries now.

alpina pilot is good looking and affordable

another entry level option

same factory with federique constant in geneve, quality is almost certain.
the in house movement from FC premier range also not bad, affordable in house.

Was window shopping last Saturday at Mid Valley, saw a watch shop at ground floor *WG carrying Alpina brand. Went in and tried their pilot startimer chrono watches. Super nice. Sales guy was offering 20% disc. And yes, they have the heritage pilot too but its too huge on my puny wrist given its 50mm diameter case. Overall, good timepieces with competitive prices.

I had a chance try Startimer pilot 44 mm there after wait a long time before Alpina arrive in Malaysia, looks different from the website. The sunstar dial looks darker in the website comparing to the real watch, it is more to silver plus, after see it in person, I'm not quite like the shape of the hand for that model  ;D

I just had purchased the Alpina Pilot Sunray 44mm last 2 weeks yet it is too big on my wrist. I am thinking to sell it off. Yes they are definitely a nice decent watches.

Give it sometime, don't sell it. You'll get used wearing big watch. They looks big because of the thin bezel.
