Stumbled into a bargain used 2012 Ocean GMT on expat forum.... The bezel and the stainless steel bracelet had scratches all over indicating it was used as beater watch....
To summarise what has been done to the watch within the span of a week after the purchase date: (1) cleaning process; (2) change the strap; and (3) replace the black aluminium bezel with pepsi alu bezel (eur15 from steinhart).
Not sure when i am going to wear this but it feels good even if it means it will be in one of the watch boxes....(obviously, one doesn't have to break the piggy bank to own one, particularly a well-loved pre-owned)
