Pre-owned watch shops?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of hunting for a watch and I was wondering if you veterans know any good pre-owned places that provide good service and sell watches at a fair price (preferably around KL. I was at one recently at Puchong and their service was awful. Maybe I dressed like a slob but I'd rather deal and take my business elsewhere. :^)

I know there is a stretch of shops at Berjaya Times Square, any advice or recommendations?

Not really.
But I hope to acquire one with date, steel bracelet and lume but nothing too bulky and won't cost me a fortune. I have narrowed down to Tag Heuer Aquaracer 300m so far.
