Hi there, newbie here!

Sent my GP world timer for servicing at the authorised dealer, kena RM4k... just for servicing. Watch works fine (negating the fact that the timing if off by about 15 minutes a week).

Lo and behold, the accuracy of my 12 year old annual calendar is to be doubted. Not to keen of forking out RM8k for mere CLA-ing.
With that being said, need advice on competent techs who won't steal my crown/replace the gears with Casio bits.

I send my 5130 to Master Time in Singapore, via Patek boutique @KLCC for basic lub service few years ago, cost abt 5k+.

Is yours AC ..... 5056? As with other 5056, I find that its accuracy isn't that great. Mine is due for its service soon. Pls post us the cost if you send it to Geneve, via local boutique. As its a complication model, I won't advise to do it at anywhere else. Cost shld be in the region of >10k nowsaday.

Just received a quotation from the AD.

Full servicing + change of parts (all deemed necessary for some odd reason?) amounted to a shy above RM8,000.

Includes a new dial, new crown, new minute and hour indicators, movement service, new crystal, also bought a new strap at RM1,500.

Turnaround 20 weeks.
