Seiko SRP655K1 - Ceramic Baby Tuna what you think?

Hi all,

Just got news via Thong Sia malaysia this morning that the seiko SRP 655 prospex diver with ceramic shroud has landed in Malaysia. Its expected to appear in stores as early as next tues..

Just wondering, what are your takes on this particular model? No pricing available yet but thinking of getting one if possible...



Do share your opinions or maybe there are some lucky ones who already got one...

from what i gathered, the shroud is actually stainless steel with a ceramic coating.
i wished it had more traditional colors instead of a vampire and some blue thing

anyway, i just  checked with my go to shop for seikos.
they have it in stock already, but the 655 sold out, left 653.
SRP is RM2650!

I got a chance to try both on at Thong Sia.

The good point is the curve is wrist hugging.

But for me a little huge for my wrist size.

I will pass these ones

Got the 653. Big but comfortable to wear. Surprisingly, despite the size, slips easily under cuffs. Can be worn with formal wear.

Yeah, it looks of a wrist hugging contour, doesn't sit high like the 227 or monster.
