Tag Heuer Link service

Hi, i have a Tag Heuer Link Day/Date automatic watch which is about 6 years old now. I went to the place i bought the watch and they told me LVMH usually charges around Rm1k for servicing.

When i called LVMH, they said it's around Rm150. I asked them why i was quoted a different price by the shop that i got it and they said they are not sure.

Therefore, my question is where can i send the watch for servicing, what is the expected rate and it is necessary to send it for servicing every 5 years?

bring it direct to LMVH, its faster and cheaper

i have yet to service my Aquaracer Cal5 but my wife's quartz costs RM150 for battery change and normal service

Shop charges you a premium for service charge because they have to send it to LVMH.

As to servicing every 5 years, is recommended as the oils tend to dry out in that period.

An automatic watch service will definitely cost more than rm 150

Rm 150 sounds more like for a battery change for a Quartz. 1k seems more like it for your watch bro.
