I dunno man... somehow I feel the Patek brand is similar to another brand that is highly uncriticizable...
For me? That watch? It's ugly... It does not have a single strand of Patek DNA in it...
Their direction? No idea?
But this watch aside, the 5905P is pretty cool.
My humble opinion is they should just stick to what they do best...

Mixed feeling about this. As far as design and proportion is concern, it looks fantastic...

But for that price??!!!

I really do not see the value in this one. If I had wanted a pilot's watch, a zenith or IWC are the ones that pops up in mind. And that price tag is seriously out of hand

Nice looking watch but the price tag has one too many zeros.

I concur bro. My jaw almost dropped when I first seen the picture, it looks downright Zenith (not a bad thing, but how can one justify to pay so much more?).

Let's just call this a Patek Type 20 instead... hehehe

I think people should grab this while they can. It will be rare. I don't think it will be produced for long. Looks like PP sourced some watch from another manufacture and slapped their name on it.

i never like PP design.... err, the nautilus still ok.

dress watch - i always find VC, AP, GP, Alange nicer in terms of design.

as for this new pilot watch? question is why? why into pilot line suddenly!

beside i dont quite like this pilot design watch... zenith design it better!

nvm, its PP... its follower will praise it, maybe discon in 3 yrs, this piece might become highest price pilot watch in history when auction out

Wonder will any PP fan paid that kind of price for a Zenith like design, ...... might as well buy the latter which present & done better in this category of design.

After so many reply, I feel safe to voice out now, actually I think it cheapen the brand PP.

Felt like they are so desperate for sales, coming out model which doesn't represent them.

Now pilot, what's next? Patek Le Super Sub de 800 meter?
