Seiko Solar Chronograph ssc021 ( review n guidance )

Hi, I'm currently considering getting a Seiko solar ssc 021 ( the little yellow decorated one )
Sorry my English sucks.

My main concern is:
1) does the bezel of this present a sense of solidness while rotating or it appear to be a sense of light weight which make it feels cheap ( my bias ).

2) is this model allow changing of different materials of strap , if yes where can I get it.

3) any negative feedback for this model or may be any long run defect of the solar system ?

(1) bezel for me personally feels ok, although not as tight as those on the ISO divers eg SKX007. But definitely not loose or light.

(2) Yes, u can order original Seiko leather or rubber strap, or aftermarket ones. Original Seiko straps can get from Thongsia, aftermarket eg isofrane can get from MWF store.

(3) AFAIK, Seiko solar movements are very robust. Just make sure that it gets some sun time daily to recharge.

All in all, its a good watch. Seiko watches are good anyway.

Regarding my Solar, I had one a long time ago, but gave it away to my cousin when he went overseas. Anyway, in the 3+years i owned it, no problems at all. Wears large on the wrist, but feels solid and very reliable. I usually let it sun out under my table lamp every night.
