Still living this piece. Although titanium scratches easily so always very cautious when wearing

Possible to send for polishing to remove the scratches?

I think titanium is difficult to polish, not as easy as steel. I may be wrong.

I was told by the AD that titanium can't be polished. You have to send it to them for coating.

Titanium casing does not look nice with SS bracelet at all.

I have the citizen titanium casing diver and I swapped its original rubber strap with citizen professional diver watch extended bracelet. The colors are not matching but its wearing comfortability is very very good.

A "no" for me for SS bracelet with Titanium casing. Maybe a leather or NATO strip is a better match, IMHO.

Considered various materials for alternate strip before, at the end, opt to stay with the original titanium strap.

Its too precious for me to keep wearing the titanium bracelet. Tend to keep it for future and harass other straps haha

My only concern if I happen to put scratches on the titanium bracelets.

What's the thickness of your leather strap? Any gap?

Do you have the special tool to remove the pins? I tried but not able to.

Gap? U mean between leather & the body of watch from the lugs? Of coz there will be a sizeable gap if u r not using the adapter comes with it. If u wanna use the adapter with leather u'll need to customized the strap, but it will definitely looks better..my strap around 2.5-3mm thick, not sure but around there..when removing the bracelet, just use a simple strap removal tool, the bracelet + adapter will detach automatically

I use a single pin tool, trying to remove one side first, following by another. Can't even get the first one out.

I used to change the straps quite often on my Pelagos previously. To avoid scratches on the lugs, try taping the lugs- it'd help. Example :

Watch hobbyist @ andywristwatches.blogspot.com. Current faves in my collection :

Rolex | Omega | Bell & Ross | Panerai | Seiko | G-Shock |

The tape can only prevent scratches on outer lug, but not inside right.

I tape it when I change straps for my panerai.
