Another Grand Seiko??
« on: January 05, 2015, 08:00:32 AM »
I thought it was the sbge021 (long sold out worldwide)
but seems its the asian edition: SBGE029G..I got 65/100
whatever..its a beauty.

the sapphire bezel is killer

whats the asian edition? BLUE!

solid caseback bit of a shame. case is just butt curvy

the trio

wrist shot naturally

just wonder you got those GS locally or from Japan ? :)

this is the second type of color variant from SD GMT and i've not seen in actual item before, looks like the blue sun burst dial are kind hard to capture in photo exposure eh

i love the overall watch design especially the unique of the glass on bezel, only thing is i could get use to the crown on 4 o'clock :(

so now, u still need a handwind and hi-beat to complete GS collection  ;D

i think i got the only piece in malaysia..citychain in sunway pyramid..swooped in like a hawk the moment they put it on display.
are we allowed to discuss prices here on MWF??
(i could be wrong..there could be 5 pieces in malaysia)

Nice piece there! Looks like the GS poison is spreading... slowly  but surely...

I saw the same watch in the only GS AD in Msia (clue: Sunway Pyramid). Tried it on again yday and it really 'scratches' my heart kau kau! Absolutely more gorgeous in metal. Even missus says its more neat n shiny than my Submariner Blue TT or her Datejust.

But she then reminded that i juz got the GS snowflake (gold hands; mastershop edition) few mths back.. Possibly a few more weeks cooling period b4 i shoot the bullet for this. Unless another bro in MWF decided to get it faster..

But wat a watch... This is really one stunning piece. As for now, all i can do is to re-read mickeylacroix posts again n again.

Latest update now GS AD in Msia grew to 6 already, including the Sunway Pyramid AD.
