I just back shopping earlier which i walked in an AD just now and the salesgirl very friendly and very good service. Of course quite best price with good discount that she offered.
*I slightly increase my budget due to GST coming and Swiss watch brand price gonna adjust soon (not sure this which the salesgirl told me and please correct me if i',m wrong).

Now, my eyes on this model by MontBlanc Star Date Automatic with Ident Number 107114.

Really need your comment on this model or any advise..
1) Is it good and worth to own this or any other brand/model with this price range that recommended?
2) How about the movement which i notice that it using sellita movement and according to the salesgirl?

Not a bad watch. Classy design, good everyday watch. In terms of value wouldn't be so great. Great watch to keep, not to resell. Mont Blanc tho has been catching up with higher end swiss watchmakers and really making some serious watches with their most recent releases from SIHH 2015 as well as Baselworld 2014.
Movement wise not a problem to me. Sellita or ETA are all very good movements with accuracy even better than most high end movements, providing that it can be regulated to cosc standard. People think it as a problem as it is more to mass production movements and not worth high values thus they rather pay for a better movement than "just" an ETA or sellita.
Go ahead and pull the trigger before the price increase, if you really really like the watch. And yes, the price will be increasing soon as affected by currency.
For otherwise choices, maybe have a look at the pre owned markets. You might find something good at your budget.

Do check out Certina DS Powermatic 80 (80 is 80hrs power reserve). This is value for money Swiss watch and much cheaper than your target price and meets all your criteria.
