Or do you guys got any suggestion for any other brand ? My budget Max only 14k and I prefer chrono watch
I prefer ceramic as I want my watch to have zero scratch..

16610 Sub. Doesn't meet your criteria of having a chrono though. Perfect watch for the budget.

16610 is a 2003-2010 model. Discontinued already, but you can find a pre owned one easily at price of 13-15k. Check your PM mate!
